First, we take a snapshot of where your organisation is using an engagement pulse, a series of questions that determine your starting point.
2. Revitalising Purpose, Values & Behaviours
Next, we host a series of collaborative sessions with you to mediate a re-set of organisational purpose and values. A refreshed strategic intent.
3. Enterprise Annual Outcomes
Following on from those sessions is a focus on an alignment of enterprise targets that drive a culture of achievement and trust. A clear articulation of the results that you want your people to deliver.
4. On-Boarding
Then it's time to introduce those outcomes to your organisations in a series of energetic workshops to inspire all colleagues on board.
5. Individual Outcomes
Our coaches guide colleagues to commit to their personal annual and quarterly outcomes that will maximise their contribution to the business.
6. Closing Engagement Pulse
The cycle ends with a year-end snapshot of the organisation's standing using the same pulse as at the start of the year.
